Here at Coastal Granny Flats we understand that you have a vision and our team can achieve it, we will work with you to design a granny flat that best suites your needs and requirements or you can choose one of our designer floor plans.

All our floor plans are 60sqm.

Don’t feel you have to use one of our designs, we understand you may already have obtained your own floor plan or would like to contact a designer yourself.
